Bed Step Hanger - LH - 67-72 Chevy GMC CK Stepside Pickup

Bed Step Hanger – LH (Driver Side) – 1967–1972 Chevy GMC C/K Stepside Pickup The Bed Step Hanger – LH (Driver Side) is an OE-style restoration component designed for 1967–1972 Chevy and GMC C/K Stepside pickup trucks. This part serves as the structural support for the driver-side bed step, restoring the correct factory mounting point and geometry used on original Stepside beds. Ideal for classic truck restoration parts projects, this hanger helps reestablish proper bed step alignment and long-term durability. Reproduced to factory specifications, this bed step hanger matches the original design in shape, dimensions, and mounting locations. Accurate reproduction is critical on Stepside trucks, where the bed step is both a functional and highly visible exterior detail. Worn, rusted, or damaged original hangers can compromise step alignment and detract from the overall appearance of the bed. Replacing the hanger restores the correct structure behind the step assembly. Manufactured from quality steel and finished with a black EDP coating, this hanger offers added protection against rust and corrosion while maintaining an OE-style appearance. The EDP coating provides a durable base finish suitable for long-term service, especially in areas prone to moisture and road debris. Its construction supports proper integration with original-style Stepside bed components. This component is correct for left-hand (driver-side) applications only and is intended exclusively for Stepside pickup beds. It is not designed for Fleetside trucks. Whether addressing localized rust repair or completing a full Stepside bed restoration, this LH bed step hanger provides the correct foundation for accurate restoration work. Offered as X-Parts by Auto Metal Direct, this hanger is a third-party OE-style replacement selected to meet AMD’s standards for fit and application accuracy. X-Parts provide dependable solutions when AMD all-new tooling components are not required, while still maintaining factory-style fitment and appearance.
