Generally, any backordered items are shipped without any additional cost to you. If there are going to be any additional charges, you will be contacted prior to the shipping of the backordered items and given the opportunity to either approve the additional charges or cancel the backordered items for a full credit of the item's invoiced amount.
In any case, if there are additional charges to fulfill your order, we will contact you for your approval and for payment.
In rare cases, the actual part or parts orders may not be available at the time of the order, but comparable and/or superior part or parts may be available that have the same application. In many cases, we will contact the customer to clarify the substitution. If the customer doesn't reply back with the wish to cancel within 3 business days of the contact, we reserve the right to ship out the order with the substituted parts.
