Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

We will gladly accept the return of items that are defective due to errors in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 30 days of the customer receiving the item(s). Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect items to you will also be accepted for return.  For these errors, we will provide a return shipping label and arrange for the pickup of only the defective or erroneous items.

We must be contacted via email or phone prior to the return of any item.  All items must be returned to the originating warehouse.  We will issue a RMA# for the item(s) and will provide all return information via the email address on file with the order.

We have a satisfaction guarantee policy that you can return any item and receive 100% of the invoiced price within 30 days of the customer receiving the item(s).  The customer must pay for the return shipping to the originating warehouse and there will not be any refund of the applicable shipping and handling charges of the original shipment of the item to you.  It must be returned in resellable condition and must not have been installed, painted, or modified in any way.  If the items are returned without prior contact to us, have any damage, and/or not to the originating warehouse with the proper return information, then any applicable fees will be subtracted from the amount of the refund.  Generally, these fees are a minimum of 20% or $9.95, whichever is greater, but may be more depending on the circumstances of the return shipment and if the parts are damaged in any way.

We are not responsible for any damage to item(s) that happen during the return shipping to us.  We advise our customers to insure the return shipment for the full invoiced value of the item(s).

In the event of an order cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $9.95 and/or any associated fees from our venders.
